Restore Immersion

Our Restore Immersion will nourish the deepest parts of yourself through a delicious two and a half hour journey of yin, gentle breathing, yoga Nidra and candle gazing meditation. Journey through yin and breathwork to experience a gentle softening and opening of the body, relieving mental, physical and emotional tension.

Followed by Yoga Nidra, where you will experience whole-being transformation. Known as “yogic sleep,” this practice guides you into a state of deep relaxation, with the potential of reprogramming unconscious associations carried deep in the psyche. Lay back, be guided, and receive as we journey deeply inwards to a lightly altered state between sleep, dreams and waking. Emerge from this session feeling reset, refreshed and renewed with vitality, creativity, and aligned with your deepest intentions.

Deep Rest Immersion

Our Deep Rest Immersion led by Jane takes you on a journey of a blissful two hours of deep rest,  where you will do nothing but steep in long-held restorative yoga postures. You will be supported by props so that you can soften, let go and give your nervous system a chance to be recalibrated and restored.

Yin & Acupressure Immersion

We are completely immersed in nature at the Hut, therefore it’s a perfect space to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Join Tracey each season, as she guides you through a nurturing yin & acupressure immersion. Our immersion will focus on yin poses and acupressure related to the each season, for example, the element of Autumn is metal and Winter is water. With breath and bodily awareness to help find a pathway to let go to receive inspiration. We are delighted to hold space and share with you the gifts each season beckons.

Spaciousness Immersion

In our Spaciousness Immersions, we will take the time to establish ourselves in stillness & silence. Bridging the gap from a state of stress, to a state of balance using timeless teachings by Eckhart Tolle.⁠ Throughout this 2-hour immersion, Sonja will guide you through various techniques and teachings to create more space within our bodies while incorporating breath and utilising yoga props creatively. We will create space and stillness in our minds, by weaving ideals on presence, spaciousness and stillness throughout our asana practice. ⁠

Sound Bath Immersion 

Prepare to be deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal, a profound sense of peace and tranquility will surround you. We will take you on a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation.
