Simone began practising in 2002 after travelling extensively around India; hearing the sounds and seeing yogis ascending in and out of temple’s triggered something deep inside. Sophie has been a dedicated yogi for more than a decade and has a deep connection to all aspects of the practice. It is from there that we can begin to open ourselves up to the plethora of potential growth and healing that yoga has to offer us.Sophie is here to share and hold space, and to pass on the lineage of the yogic tradition in an endeavour to offer the tools we can use to navigate modern life with joy and hopefully a bit of peace.Inner peace takes a little hard work and a lot of commitment, our practice is the shining light.
